What Is JAC?

Born in the Bingo area of eastern   Hiroshima Prefecture—a region renowned for its furniture craftsmanship and woodworking—JAC KENDAMA is an innovative kendama manufacturer that was early to adopt CNC lathes, carving out products using precise digital data.

Using beautiful and rare woods such as Japanese Zelkova (Keyaki) and Purpleheart, the brand is driven by a motto of           "The Aesthetics of Subtraction," thoroughly pursuing maximum ease of play and trick execution.

From simple lamination techniques to the proprietary Micro Line Grip System and the LID CUP (which adjusts the weight balance of the base cup), unique and advanced technologies are beautifully and subtly integrated into each piece.

The brand name and logo are inspired by the Fukura-Suzume (a plump winter sparrow), a traditional Japanese symbol of happiness.
