Return & Exchange Period
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Defective Items / Incorrect Orders
We will cover the return or exchange shipping costs in the following cases:
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was damaged during shipping
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer preference.
However, we may accept returns for unused items only, and only if approved by us in advance.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several additional days for the refund to appear.

Due to the nature of wood, each product may vary in grain, knots, color, and weight.
These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
International Shipping
For international orders, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Customs duties or import taxes
- Shipping delays
- Inability to receive the item due to import regulations in your country
